• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and provide education for effective ideation
• Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
• Translate proof of concepts into scaled implementations, addressing both technical and people-related change impacts
• Work with various teams to ensure value captured in business cases is integrated into respective systems
• Assist with additional duties as assigned or requested

• 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
• 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (OR equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
• Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning and risk management

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
• Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Certified change management practitioner
