• Lead company-wide strategic growth initiatives that enhance customer experiences across the entire funnel
• Define growth problems, formulate clear hypotheses, and design experiments to drive measurable impact
• Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and design tailored customer journeys across the product ecosystem
• Drive subscription conversion and engagement through effective onboarding flows, pricing experiments, and lifecycle touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product-led growth initiatives with business goals and strategies

• 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C SaaS, freemium, or subscription-based products
• Proven experience owning growth, lifecycle, or funnel optimization initiatives with a strong track record of impact
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, analytics, and metrics-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing without authority
• Solid understanding of subscription economics and hybrid pricing models

• Experience in music tech or creator platforms
• Experience working with or adjacent to commerce platforms, including billing and payment systems
• Exposure to AI-powered products, personalization systems, or data-driven content discovery
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and value-prop messaging
