Sales Director – Data & AI; North America

Overview

Technology and Cloud Solutions employer seeking a leader to drive data and AI business performance with growth and scalability focus.

• Lead the business performance of the employer's Data and AI portfolio, focusing on growth and scalability
• Provide direction and support to regional sales and marketing teams, aligning with business objectives
• Build strategic relationships with technology suppliers and enable Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies to enhance the employer's presence in the Data & AI market
• Stay updated on market trends and collaborate with stakeholders to influence product strategy

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with full P&L responsibility in technology business
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing
• Experience with channel and distribution models, particularly with VARs and supplier ecosystems
• Proven track record in business development, product growth, and strategic planning
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical fields
• Experience in driving measurable results through innovative business models and pricing strategies
