Position: Sales Director – Data & AI (North America)

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Own the business performance for the employer’s Data & AI portfolio, driving growth and profitability
  • Lead regional sales and marketing teams, aligning resources with strategic sales goals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology suppliers and partners
  • Design and implement go-to-market plans to enhance the employer’s presence in the Data & AI market
  • Stay informed on market trends and champion innovation to influence product strategy
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 12 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in owning a technology business with full P&L responsibility, particularly in Cloud and/or AI solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies
  • Experience in channel and distribution models, with engagement in VAR ecosystems
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
  • Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
