- Administer and support CRM/, managing user setups, profiles, and customization of objects and fields
- Provide training, technical guidance, and support as the first point of contact for internal users
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and user guides
- Create customized reports and dashboards for various users within the organization
- Perform QA and user testing for Salesforce projects, ensuring data quality and functionality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-7 years of proven experience with Service Cloud and CRM/Salesforce administration
- Hands-on experience building applications using Salesforce customizations and automation features
- Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities, including workflows and validation rules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with Apex Data Loader
- Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Conceptual understanding of relational databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
