Part-Time | 5–10 Hours per Week (to start)

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support ongoing marketing and administrative projects for a growing digital marketing agency serving healthcare and service‑based businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems, and behind‑the‑scenes marketing support. You will work closely with the owner to help keep projects moving, reports organized, and recurring tasks off her plate.

Core Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Support

• Prepare monthly or quarterly client reports using software tools
• Track deliverables and project statuses in Google Sheets
• Format proposals and follow‑up documents (templates provided)

Marketing Reporting & Data Support

• Use automated tools to pull and format digital ad performance reports (Google Ads / Meta)
• Pull and format social media insights
• Pull and format SEO performance snapshots (rankings, traffic, basic metrics)
• Review data to ensure clean, client‑ready summaries (not analysis‑heavy)

Email Marketing & Database Management

• Upload content into email platforms (WIX)
• Schedule email campaigns using provided copy
• Perform QA checks (links, formatting, mobile view)

Website & SEO Support (Training Provided)

• Make simple website edits using Wix (text updates, image swaps, link fixes)
• Upload and format blog posts (copy provided)
• Meta titles & descriptions
• Alt text to images
• Internal links based on direction
• Perform basic keyword research and SEO tasks
• Assist with SEO audits by gathering data (not strategy)

Optional / Bonus Tasks (Based on Experience)

• Repurpose blog content into social media drafts
• Create Canva graphics using brand templates
• Manage Google Business Profile updates (posts, images, basic info)
