Qualifications

Minimum seven years’ experience project management, including developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work‑breakdown structures, and estimating size and effort for new deployment projects.
Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices.
Ability to apply project‑management methodologies and enforce project standards.
Self‑starter who can dive into complex projects and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
Proficient with project‑management software and productivity tools, including MS Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Payments, CRM Systems, Financial Services.
PMP certification.
Demonstrated history of managing client projects or implementations in fintech or government agencies.
