Senior Manager Information Systems - Salesforce Architect

Minimum of 3 days on site in Lincolnshire, IL office, remaining days remote.

Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end architecture, governance, and security for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards.
- Architect scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Data Cloud.
- Provide architectural oversight for high‑complexity projects involving extensive custom development, API integrations, and multi‑cloud capabilities.
- Develop strategy and preparation for a variety of system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage preparation and presentation of cross‑functional project proposals to management and user departments.
- Establish Dev Ops standards using tools such as Flosum, code scanners, and Own Backup to ensure high‑quality, secure, and reliable deployments.
- Manage continual reviews of systems, applications, and/or infrastructure and prepare recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze business problems that can be solved through automated systems, and plan and control personnel and management staff to deliver cost‑effective solutions.
- Partner with internal and/or external customers applying a strong understanding of current business trends.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years in overseeing and management roles.
- Salesforce System and Application Architect Certified.
- Experience in Salesforce security.
- Ability to architect scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Data Cloud.
- Master’s degree.
- Extensive custom development, API integration, and multi‑cloud capabilities experience.
- Experience managing leaders and budgets.
- Strategic process improvement skills.
- Regular interaction with senior/executive management across functional areas or customer groups.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Multi‑tasking and managing complex programs.
- Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
