• Own the business performance of the Data & AI portfolio, including product management and sales
• Define and execute regional business development objectives to integrate new technologies
• Provide leadership and direction to sales and marketing teams, aligning resources with strategic goals
• Build and maintain relationships with leading technology suppliers and enable Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Design and implement go-to-market plans and monitor market performance for continuous improvement

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology business management with full P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud, and edge computing
• Proven experience in channel distribution models and engagement with VARs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire global teams
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels

• Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or technical disciplines
• Experience in driving measurable results in business development and strategic planning
