You will be responsible for automation, development, break/fix, and consulting with other teams to maintain functional and efficient services. The intent is to reuse existing services, apply best practices, and make them available through multiple mechanisms such as a portal, SDK, or CLI. AI will also play an important role in this experience.

You will need background building security operations capabilities and integrating them into a portal for both cloud and on-premises applications. This is a remote position. You will report to the Sr. Director, Product Owner for the security modular platform.

  • Ensure engineering excellence
, promoting testing, code reviews, documentation, and adoption of technologies that shift security left for developers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Dev Ops, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to align plans and meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Manage delivery lifecycle and platform evolution
, including new security services, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of key performance metrics (availability, latency, throughput, and adoption).
  • Champion observability and incident response
, maintaining service-level agreements and operational resilience.
