Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and having experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. You will have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products, developing, integrating and implementing application components including front‑end development, internal database integration and OTBI reports.
Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.
- Provide consultancy and work with customers, translating ideas into implementable designs.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations, provide advisory and pre‑sales expertise.
- Gather requirements, conduct CRP workshops, design, configure, write fast formulas, test, and execute parallel payroll run strategy.
- Act as a technical specialist with 10+ years delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs using cloud technologies.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
- Support services both remotely and on‑site as required.
- Design, develop, and deliver Oracle cloud solutions.
- Apply strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Maintain a positive, resilient, creative attitude with an open, agile mindset.
- Translate innovative proposals into mature solutions.
- Break down complex problems, assess suitability, and recommend solutions.

- 10+ years implementation experience of financial solutions.
- At least 6 years implementing Financial SaaS applications.
- Experience in Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management, Revenue Management, and Fusion Project Management, Costing, and Billing.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Proven experience with OTBI dashboards, data loaders, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, sandboxes, page composer.
- Good understanding of Fusion quarterly update process and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of roles and security.
- Adherence to Oracle implementation best practices, solution design, configuration, testing, project documentation, and post‑production support.
