** As a member of our dedicated internal testing crew within a small agile team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of business processes (from an end-to-end point of view), that support our online portal development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal team members to challenge business requirements and execute comprehensive E2E testing.

You will also work in partnership with Engineers outside the team to align testing activities, validate business workflows, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
** Your key responsibilities will include:
*** Developing Test Plans and Test Cases
* Conducting Manual Testing
* Defect Management
* Collaborating with various Development and Business Teams, distributed across different locations and countries
* Release Management alignment
* Analyzing Test Results
* Executing Regression Testing
* Set up and maintaining Test Environments to ensure test execution
* Participating in Continuous Improvement
* Producing Test Documentation
* Identifying Test data requirements and ensuring to have it ready before start of testing
** Your skills:
*** Testing mentality and experience: critical thinking, curiosity, attention to details, etc.
* Willingness and experience to collaborate across teams, organizational structures and tech domains
* At least some experience in software development
* Automated testing know-how is a plus for future stages of the product
* German language is a plus
