Product Designer

Overview

Product Designer at Founderful, Zürich. Hybrid, Full-time.

• Product & Interface Design:
  Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web-based products.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows in Figma.
• Contribute to defining and improving our design principles, motion, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and feasible design implementation.
• Support feature discovery and concept exploration through wireframes, prototypes, and testing.
• User Research & Experience Design:
  Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into clear design recommendations and user flows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success to ensure user feedback is integrated into design decisions.
• Establish frameworks for measuring design impact and product usability over time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with Product Managers to align design solutions with business goals, and work with engineers through the design handoff and implementation process.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers and product managers in agile product teams.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and their potential to enhance UX.
• Strong communication skills in English & German.
• Experience or interest in UX writing to ensure clear, consistent, and human-centered product language.
