Are you ready to embark on your Pegasus career path as our UX/UI Design Specialist/Senior Specialist, flight number PC-2025?

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Aware of the terms User‑Centered Design, Responsive Design, and Mobile First.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
• Conduct usability tests in coordination with product owners to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our designs and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Create designs that are easy to perceive, and effective and increase user satisfaction by understanding user needs and application targets well for new demands.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development process.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and actively seek out opportunities to learn and grow.
