The Team and RoleThe Marketing Team handles all digital interactions with parents and students, from digital marketing to onsite experience and on‑sale onboarding. The team of 50+ people covers marketing, UX/UI, technical development, and journey management.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Paid Search Specialist to join the Performance Marketing Team.
Responsibilities- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels according to Paid Search / Acquisition strategy and targets on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Naver, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and manage bids, including adding PPC keywords and negative keywords.
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns, ensuring spend stays within weekly and monthly budgets while maintaining Quality Score, impression share, and other key metrics.
- Write engaging, concise ad copy and modify CTAs to boost click‑through rates and landing‑page conversions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance through weekly and monthly reports, analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
- Manage and adjust campaign budgets and bids to optimize ROAS.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and sustain growth.
- Report KPIs to the rest of the team via dashboards.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.
- Collaborate with other Performance marketers across channels and geos (SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.) to meet business goals.
- Manage and review daily account responsibilities for all active Search platforms.
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets of $100k and higher on a monthly basis.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong experience in at least one of the markets: Türkiye, Israel, MENA, Romania.
- Proficiency in one of the regional languages is a huge plus.
- Operational knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent English – speaking and writing at C1 level.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Outstanding ability to think creatively and resolve problems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time‑management skills.
- 3+ years experience in PPC platforms and tools (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.) is a plus.
