We're looking for an exceptional all-rounder, someone who lives and breathes data, thrives on solving complex problems, and enjoys working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This is a unique opportunity to work across product, customer, and commercial teams in a high-impact role where you'll own your analysis from end to end.
Responsibilities:

- Own dashboards and reporting infrastructure from internal tools to impact reporting for clients
- Design and maintain logic frameworks, decision trees, and algorithms that drive core product workflows
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behaviour, product performance, and commercial impact
- Troubleshoot complex, hard-to-replicate product issues with clear, analytical thinking
- Support new feature design by mapping out edge cases, modelling logic, and translating workflows into clear product specifications
- Produce clear, actionable insights to guide business decision-making
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-performing environment (tech, consulting, finance, or similar data-intensive fields)

- Advanced SQL skills, able to query, analyze, and transform data independently
- Passion for building dashboards, tools, reports, and automations that drive clarity and efficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to bring structure to ambiguity
- Natural curiosity for how systems and processes work
- Strong communicator comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and end users
- Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or data science is a strong advantage
