The Role
We’re hiring a Content Strategy and Growth Lead to own Fanvue’s organic content engine and distribution strategy across borrowed channels, partners, communities, etc. with a focus on AI creators and the wider creator economy. Today, we’re leaving millions of impressions and thousands of potential creator sign-ups on the table because no one fully owns this surface.

This role exists to change that. You’ll build a repeatable content engine that drives top-of-funnel creator growth, positions Fanvue at the centre of AI creator culture, and turns content into a consistent acquisition channel. This is a growth role, accountable for reach, sign-ups, and impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Fanvue’s organic content and distribution strategy across borrowed channels - including creator, partner, and community accounts on Tik Tok, Instagram, X, and You Tube

  • Build and operate a repeatable content system that consistently produces high-performing content

  • Ideate, script, and brief content independently, from concept through execution

  • Identify and capitalise on trends in real time, creating reactive content that drives reach and creator sign-ups

  • Develop creative frameworks that enable fast, high-quality output

  • Analyse content performance deeply and refine formats, hooks, and narratives

  • Shape and own the narrative around AI creators and the creator economy on social

  • Partner with educators, gurus, and creators to scale their content and drive traffic to Fanvue

  • Create cultural moments that generate multiple high-impact pieces of content, including campaigns reaching 1M+ impressions

  • Set trends and build influence, rather than simply following what’s already working

  • A proven content and growth operator with case studies showing viral reach and business outcomes

  • Deeply embedded in creator culture and the internet economy

  • Expert-level understanding of social algorithms across major platforms

  • Comfortable ideating, scripting, and briefing without support

  • Focused on conversion and growth, not vanity metrics

  • Confident managing freelancers and creative partners with clear direction and feedback

  • Highly experimental, fast-moving, and comfortable with accountability
