Job Description & How to Apply Below
At Leadership Circle, we’re reimagining how leadership grows—from one-time events to personalized, continuous, human-centered experiences. As we expand our platform, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of new product experiences that help leaders and organizations unlock their full potential.
This role is central to shaping new platform experiences for our network of certified practitioners and leaders, adaptive learning tools, and leadership team solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and our Research and Assessment teams to translate insights into elegant, high-value, high-impact solutions.
Location:
U.S. Remote;
Mountain Time (MT) preferred.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery for key new initiatives on our platform.
- Collaborate deeply with UX, Dev, and business stakeholders to define, validate, and launch new features.
- Design and execute discovery sprints, user interviews, validation efforts, and iterative experiments.
- Translate ideas and insights into structured product requirements and clear success metrics.
- Ensure tight alignment between user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Drive rapid delivery through MVPs, prototypes, and staged rollouts.
- Explore and guide the use of AI-assisted features that enhance user experience and product scalability.
- 7–10 years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, platform, or B2B technology companies.
- Strong track record launching 0→1 products and navigating ambiguity.
- High technical fluency—able to engage meaningfully with engineers on architecture, feasibility, and tradeoffs.
- Experience working closely with UX and engineering teams in agile, cross-functional settings.
- Strong user empathy and product intuition, especially in human-centered or mission-driven domains.
- Prior experience working on data-centric products is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to or experience designing AI-assisted features is a plus.
- Prior experience in leadership effectiveness, coaching, or learning & development products is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communicator with experience aligning cross-functional teams around strategy and execution.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
