IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Location: Germany

Promote agile mindset and practices across teams and clusters.
Optimize Delivery:
Design and refine processes, coordinate release planning, and establish transparent metrics and dashboards.
Enable People Growth:
Foster a culture of learning, guide career development, and lead performance cycles for cluster members.
Drive
Collaboration:
Connect teams, share best practices, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Plan & Align:
Manage capacity, roadmap alignment, and resource planning to meet strategic goals.
Engage Stakeholders:
Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and business leaders to ensure smooth delivery and risk management.
Proven experience in agile delivery leadership across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Dev Ops, and quality assurance.
Ability to lead people and processes with empathy and clarity.
Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and modern delivery practices is a plus.
