Customer Success Manager (Legal AI Solutions) – Global & Large Law Firms
Join Thomson Reuters as a Customer Success Manager for our legal AI solutions, working with global and large law firms to drive adoption and unlock value.
About the RoleThe Customer Success Manager will engage with customers to understand business goals, develop tailored strategies, and drive adoption of Thomson Reuters' legal AI solutions. Focus on a portfolio of customers, proactively engage throughout the lifecycle, and grow adoption.
Responsibilities- Engage with senior executives to understand goals and provide strategic guidance.
- Collaborate on success plans and deliver value from legal AI solutions.
- Help transform legal workflows with AI by identifying challenges and designing tailored use cases.
- Partner on change management: secure executive sponsorship, identify champions, and define strategies.
- Ensure users are trained and grow adoption with education managers.
- Lead executive business reviews, capture value, and develop joint roadmaps.
- Proactively address needs, identify growth opportunities, and reduce churn.
- Advocate customer needs to internal teams to influence future enhancements.
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology, attorneys, or legal professionals.
- Global and Large Law experience is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting with legal technology, Account Management, or a related role.
- Curiosity in technology/AI developments and willingness to stay ahead.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build trusted relationships.
- Customer‑centric mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
- Experience cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

For eligible US locations, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $93,100 USD – $172,900 USD
. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program.
