Position: Customer Success Manager (Legal AI Solutions) - Global & Large Law Firms

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies for successful adoption of legal AI solutions
  • Create customer success plans to deliver value and outcomes from legal AI solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and design tailored workflows that provide sustained value
  • Partner with customers to ensure users are trained and to grow adoption of legal AI solutions
  • Lead executive business reviews and capture value delivered to customers while developing joint roadmaps for success
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology, attorneys, or legal professionals
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting with legal technology, Account Management, or a related role
  • Experience with global and large law firms is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms, with a willingness to stay updated on advancements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
  • A proactive, personable approach to problem-solving with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Curiosity in technology/AI developments and an eagerness to learn
