- Create customer success plans to deliver value and outcomes from legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and design tailored workflows that provide sustained value
- Partner with customers to ensure users are trained and to grow adoption of legal AI solutions
- Lead executive business reviews and capture value delivered to customers while developing joint roadmaps for success
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology, attorneys, or legal professionals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting with legal technology, Account Management, or a related role
- Experience with global and large law firms is highly preferred
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms, with a willingness to stay updated on advancements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- A proactive, personable approach to problem-solving with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Curiosity in technology/AI developments and an eagerness to learn
