Application System Analyst II – Epic HB (Contract, Fully Remote)

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Application System Analyst II – Epic HB to join a large-scale healthcare technology environment focused on optimizing revenue cycle performance. This fully remote contract opportunity is ideal for an Epic Hospital Billing expert who enjoys owning system enhancements, partnering with stakeholders and improving end-to-end billing workflows.

As an Application System Analyst II – Epic HB, you’ll serve as a critical bridge between operational teams and IT, ensuring Epic Hospital Billing functionality supports business needs efficiently and accurately. This role offers immediate impact, meaningful collaboration and the chance to support enterprise-level Epic HB systems.

• Build, support and optimize Epic Hospital Billing (HB) applications
• Analyze revenue cycle workflows and operational requirements
• Configure Epic HB functionality including claims, charge router and payer rules
• Provide day-to-day application support and issue resolution
• Partner with the Service Desk on escalated support needs
• Create and maintain workflow and system documentation
• Support implementations, upgrades and go-live activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance
• Deliver training and education to end-users as needed

• 2–5+ years supporting healthcare revenue cycle applications
• Strong Epic Hospital Billing (HB) experience
• Ability to manage medium to high-complexity assignments independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working directly with operational stakeholders

• Compensation: $55–$70 hourly
