We are looking for an exceptional Senior SEM Specialist
, with at least 5 years' experience, who has strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and Spanish. The role is an active part of the SEM team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize a project’s visibility and increase the accessibility of websites.
- Implement PPC strategy and tactics (Google, Bing, and others)
- Optimize and test PPC campaigns on multi‑language accounts
- Conduct keyword research and search query analysis
- Create and test ads
- Improve quality scores
- Optimize conversion and tracking to increase ROI and drive volume
- Develop seasonal/promotional offers and optimize landing pages, generating text ads, keywords, and bids
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research
- Create briefings for creative and collaborate with design
- Define retargeting/remarketing strategies
- Target audiences for each purpose
- Implement and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns
- Provide reporting and analysis on performance metrics: CPA, CPL, ROI, KPI’s, CTR
- At least 5 years of experience in online advertising on the main search engines (Google, Bing at least)
- Excellent internet data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, e‑business, economics is a plus
- Very strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and synthesize large amounts of data
