- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience with legal technology and legal professionals
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve mutual goals
- Experience in global and large law environments
- Curiosity and willingness to stay updated on technology/AI developments
- A proactive, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
