Overview of the SAP BRIM Tester Role

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Tester with Azure Dev Ops to support a large-scale enterprise billing and revenue management program. This role focuses on quality assurance across complex SAP BRIM modules and enterprise integrations within a structured SDLC environment.

This is a mostly remote hybrid position
. Only candidates located within 1.5 hours of Middletown PA will be considered. In-person interviews and occasional on-site work sessions with stakeholders will take place in Middletown PA.

SAP BRIM Tester with Azure Dev Ops

– Key Responsibilities SDLC and Quality Governance

• Follow established SDLC processes to ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and cost efficiency
• Participate in design reviews and translate business and technical specifications into clear test requirements
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with enterprise standards
• Map test cases to requirements within Azure Dev Ops

Test Planning and Execution

• Lead testing activities across SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Subscription Billing
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing scenarios
• Validate data migration processes and financial reconciliation results
• Perform API, interface, and middleware testing including SAP PO, SAP CPI, Azure Dev Ops pipelines, and CRM integrations
• Support IVR, backend, hardware, and UAT testing including tolling‑related devices such as card readers and tag scanners
• Validate billing cycles, pricing configurations, payment flows, and revenue accounting processes

Defect Management and Reporting

• Identify risk areas and provide proactive recommendations ahead of production releases
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and maintain quality metrics
• Build dashboards and reports using Azure Dev Ops to provide transparency into QA progress

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with QA leads, Scrum leads, business owners, technical teams, and vendors
• Promote QA best practices and process optimization initiatives
• Review and enhance user stories, test documentation, and defect records
• Participate in deployment readiness reviews, go‑live activities, and hypercare support

General Responsibilities

• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, showbacks, go‑live, and post‑production phases
• Maintain complete documentation including test plans, scripts, impact analysis, and lessons learned
• Collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
• Adhere to all organizational standards, policies, and procedures
• Work independently while contributing effectively within cross‑functional teams

SAP BRIM Tester with Azure Dev Ops – Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience in enterprise application environments
• 2+ years of hands‑on SAP BRIM testing experience covering billing, invoicing, payment processing, and FI-CA
• 2+ years of Dynamics CE application testing experience preferred
• Strong experience with end‑to‑end testing, integration testing, regression testing, and data migration
• Hands‑on experience with API testing, backend validation, SQL queries, and ETL or interface testing
• Experience testing ERP systems, CRM platforms, financial systems, and tolling or transportation applications
