Marlin Digital Twin is finally bringing a revolution for network managers in management, engineering, and operations. The key to success, in our view, is the single source of truth—how do you ensure that all employees have the same view of the network? Our Digital Twin will help with this.

Today, Marlin

DT already has its first customers, and we want to grow strongly with this, including internationally. Marlin

DT is a start-up within Merkator: a strong team, a few customers, and big ambitions!

Marlin

DT offers a geographic inventory based on the ESRI Foundation (ArcGIS Pro, Utility Network, ArcGIS Enterprise) and a logical inventory.

We are looking for strong profiles to take us to the next level.

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Marlin

DT Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in the success of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting business analyses, researching and analyzing data, and translating technical requirements into configurations for the Marlin

DT software. You will work closely with various teams and departments to ensure that the customer (the telecom network operator) can make optimal use of our solutions.

Your Profile
  • Interaction with customers at strategic, technical, and business levels.
  • Investigation of data issues, analysis of feature requests and bugs.
  • Addressing problems and proposing solutions in collaboration with all stakeholders: the Marlin

DT Installation Team, Data Engineering Team, the customer’s business and IT departments, and project managers.
  • Sharing insights and knowledge with colleagues and contributing to the operational excellence of telecom network operators.
  • Master’s degree in Business Engineering or a similar field.
  • 2–5 years of work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Technical skills to understand the Marlin

DT data model and apply it to fiber equipment, and to translate this into a Marlin

    DT configuration.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of fiber processes, fiber equipment, and fiber data is a plus.
