Reporting to the Customer Master data Team Manager, you will support HEINEKEN UK and global businesses by managing Material, Customer, and Vendor Master data. You will own data quality, ensure compliance with HUK and global data standards, create, monitor and maintain master data, audit and validate consistency within key systems, and act as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Build, monitor and maintain Master Data across systems.
• Audit and validate data consistency.
• Investigate root causes of data issues and resolve them.
• Produce reports identifying data inaccuracies and recommend changes.
• Provide business knowledge to other teams’ projects as a subject matter expert.

• Understanding of Master Data practices or experience with SAP systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to work in a deadline‑oriented, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and effective planning capabilities.

Hybrid model:
Tuesday, Thursday and another day in the office; two days from home. Office at 6 St Andrew Square in the heart of Edinburgh city centre.
