What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted partner for major accounts
  • Proactively drive adoption of Ring Central’s product technology stack to maximize customer ROI
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and execute mutual success plans to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Mitigate churn risk and maintain monthly recurring revenue for key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success and account growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3 to 7 years of direct and verifiable customer success experience with major accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with effective presentation abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with VoIP and Contact Center technologies, including SIP, RTP, and QoS
  • Knowledge of advanced network troubleshooting and terminology, including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives
