Technical Customer Support / Helpdesk - Level 1 - Job Description:
We are looking for a bright, sharp, and organized internet savvy individual to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA for Level 1 or Level 2 technical support Position. - Type:
Full-time - General Working Days:
Monday-Friday (May include occasional work or tasks off‑hours or weekends) - General
Working Hours:
Minimum of 40 hours per week. Irregular hours as needed. - Availability:
Immediate Opening
- Able to quickly understand and efficiently resolve customers’ concerns
- Able to provide superb customer care to all customers
- Able to find technical answers and solutions online
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Comfortable communicating over the phone, email, online, and live chat
- Able to troubleshoot basic IT related issues such as connecting computers, internet connections, etc
- Exceptionally Sharp, Punctual, Detailed‑Oriented, and Organized
- Be Technical and up to date on Technology
- Understand basic HTML
- Must be active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
- Be able to work independently or as a team. Motivated with good interpersonal skills. Good research skills
- Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
- Able to quickly understand and efficiently resolve customers' concerns
- Able to provide superb customer care to all customers
- Able to find technical answers and solutions online
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Comfortable communicating over the phone, email, online, and live chat
- Able to troubleshoot basic IT related issues such as connecting computers, internet connections, etc
