Regional Sales Manager - West

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow business across the West Coast territory, focusing on enterprise accounts and strategic channel partnerships.

• Identify and close new business across enterprise and upper mid-market customers
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with business goals
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
• Build relationships with CISOs, Dev Ops teams, and technical stakeholders
• Drive pipeline growth through direct and partner-led efforts
• Track performance, forecasts, and KPIs via CRM tools

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales, ideally cybersecurity
• Strong network across the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest
• Experience with SaaS sales, particularly in Dev Sec Ops  or PAM/SaaS security
• Startup mentality with a “hands‑on” approach – from prospecting to closing
• Experience with tools like Hub Spot is a plus
