• Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using data visualization tools
• Create and maintain user-friendly dashboards that meet business needs
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements
• Maintain detailed documentation and serve as an operational data visualization expert

• Minimum of 5 years designing, developing, and distributing dashboards using Tableau
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and server/database administration tools
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team on data-related projects
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Python
• Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
