A global technology services company is seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide part-time technical support to English and Italian speaking users. This remote role requires 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support capacity, along with strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and ensuring proper documentation. Candidates should be able to work weekdays from 7:30am - 11:30am EST.

The position offers $18 per hour plus a language bonus.
