Senior Clarity PPM Techno Functional Support Engineer - Remote​/Telecommute

Job Description:

• This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing a strategically significant Project and Portfolio Management application.
• The candidate must possess both technical and functional Clarity PPM expertise.
• The position requires strong technical abilities, customer-facing skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently.
• The selected candidate will provide high-quality technical and end-user support while contributing to the stability, maturity, and continuous improvement of the Clarity PPM environment.

• 5+ years of experience managing Clarity at a technical level, leading upgrades, and performing system troubleshooting.
• Experience with Clarity PPM 16.3x.
• Experience with Clarity PPM New UI.
• In-depth experience developing and fine-tuning MS SQL queries and working with Clarity PPM Entity Relationship Diagrams.
• Experience designing and developing Clarity PPM portlets with advanced NSQL queries.
• Experience developing processes in Clarity PPM using GEL scripts.
• Knowledge of Clarity PPM Web Services/XOG and Java for integrations.
• Hands-on experience with implementations, requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Integrate with and contribute to an established application and PMO tools support team.
• Provide technical and functional application and subject matter expertise for Clarity PPM.
• Architect, recommend, and design system solutions that meet customer requirements, and manage their implementation.
• Configure and customize Clarity PPM components including objects, portlets, process workflows, and lookups.
• Manage technical aspects of Clarity PPM upgrades including research, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation.
• Support development of training materials for end users.
• Provide Clarity PPM support and training for users across various roles.
• Support building, deploying, and communicating changes through eLearning tools.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners across the organization.
• Represent end-user interests when implementing functional changes.
• Monitor support queues and work directly with users on Clarity issues.
• Support the needs of the Clarity community at an enterprise level.
• Maintain and update an internal Clarity information site with resources and training materials.
• Participate in system updates and upgrades including test script development, execution, and UAT coordination.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a similar field preferred.
