The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, conducting requirements analysis and configuring tailored business solutions. Responsibilities include creating business process documentation and training clients on product setup. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and excellent analytical and communication skills. This role is fully remote with occasional travel to client sites.
