General Summary This role combines software development and applications support responsibilities. The primary focus is assisting the CCHL Applications Project Manager with customizations to ICE Mortgage’s Encompass, supporting automation workflows, and troubleshooting failures. The position also involves developing and maintaining integrations between internal systems and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth data movement and operational efficiency.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities- Customize and configure ICE Mortgage Encompass to meet business requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automation processes across applications.
- Investigate and resolve automation failures promptly to minimize downtime.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions and integrations.
- Manage data transfer processes between internal systems and external vendors using APIs, ETL tools, or custom scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Document all workflows.
- Provide support to the IT Helpdesk and internal clients as needed.
- Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues.
- Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and applications support principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, , JavaScript/Type Script.
- Experience with ICE Mortgage Encompass customization and mortgage industry workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and data migration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows and resolve integration issues.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, from an accredited college, preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in software development and/or applications support.
- Late or after‑five hours sometimes required.
- Occasional travel in and out of home area.
- Positions approved for Hybrid Flex/Remote Work are determined by department manager and HR. Approved associates review and acknowledge the guidelines outlined in the Hybrid Flex/Remote Work Policy. Consideration for hybrid work week with 2 days remote / 3 days in office after successful completion of 90‑day new hire probationary period.
