• Deliver operational AI prototypes within 24 hours that immediately automate authentic business processes.
• Assume full ownership of AI solutions across the complete lifecycle—from architecture through deployment and monitoring—operating independently without dependencies or delays.
• Propel ongoing automation initiatives throughout the organization by surfacing new automation candidates and refining existing solutions to align with changing business requirements and emerging AI capabilities.

• Construct a fundamentally redesigned, AI‑driven ecosystem that converts manual marketing workflows and community platforms into intelligent operational engines generating 10x measurable business value.

• AI‑First Mindset (candidates whose default approach is to write code manually before using AI tools for validation or enhancement, rather than leading with AI, should not apply).
• A minimum of 5 years of full‑stack software engineering experience (comprehensive front‑end and back‑end development expertise is mandatory).
• Proven professional experience integrating AI/LLMs into production applications (through APIs, prompt engineering, or automation workflows).
• Proficiency working with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and architecting scalable, distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of when and why specific LLM models are appropriate for distinct use cases.
• Demonstrable understanding and practical application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
