• Lead the development and execution of the cloud operations strategy, governance framework, and optimization initiatives
• Oversee operational planning, staffing, and budget management across multi‑cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for incident and problem management, enhancing system reliability
• Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into infrastructure operations, aligning with compliance standards

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or engineering, including 2+ years in leadership roles related to AI/ML or GenAI R&D
• Proven experience managing NOC or Command Center teams responsible for 24/7 operations
• Advanced knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure architectures
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and practical experience in enterprise environments

• Deep understanding of cloud observability and experience implementing monitoring systems
• Technical business acumen to ensure efficient operations in a hybrid cloud environment
• Passion for resource optimization to improve cloud efficiency
• Experience with automation and scripting tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Azure and/or AWS certifications
