• Operate simulated radar displays and voice communication systems in training exercises
• Simulate pilot actions and communications based on student inputs
• Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
• Respond to students using proper phraseology during training sessions
• Complete necessary certifications for classroom and lab performance

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Clear verbal communication skills to ensure understanding
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
• Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
