Rev Ops Solutions Architect (Remote, US, UK, Ireland or LATAM, EST preferred)

As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human, moving high‑growth companies toward greater operational efficiency.

Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas. - Countries:
Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay.
- Collaborate with Rev Ops Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to define solution approaches during early project stages.
- Design complex solutions, present them to client teams, build trust, and advocate for scalability and best practice.
- Define architecture principles and standards; own communication and justification of design decisions with internal and client teams.
- Coach and mentor the team on solutions, providing ad‑hoc and ongoing guidance.
- Act as a Go Nimbly ambassador in the Revenue Operations space, monitoring releases and trends to provide strategic POVs.

- At least 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to uncover requirements, identify gaps, and design scalable technical solutions.
- Specialist in technical architecture, solution architecture, and CPQ.
- Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with a mature perspective on when to use out‑of‑the‑box features, declarative automation, or code.
- Strong background in lean and agile development.
- Ability to influence and lead diverse internal and external teams, communicating effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bonus:
Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or on the path to achieving one.
The base salary for this role is $140,000 – $160,000 USD. Compensation may adjust based on geographical location and final salary decisions, with local market benchmarks considered for candidates outside the U.S. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
