Position: (US) Sr Solutions Analyst - (Clinical, MDS 3.0)

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and world‑class customer support to users via multiple channels
  • Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and routing to other departments as necessary
  • Take ownership of and follow up on unresolved cases
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely follow‑ups
  • Maintain knowledge articles for the support portal and record daily communications in the CRM system
Qualifications
  • MDS 3.0 experience required
  • Degree or post‑secondary education in Information Technology or a related technical field preferred
  • Experience in a technical support position is an asset
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently in all interactions
  • Must excel in a fast‑paced environment that requires critical thinking and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to AI tools and a desire to leverage them in work processes
  • Strong initiative and ability to establish a positive team environment built on mutual trust and respect
  • Experience in developing and improving operational tools and processes
  • Innovative thinking and accountability in a remote team setting
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
