Project Manager – AI Virtual Voice Assistant Integration

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience supporting an AI virtual Voice Assistant Project. The role involves leading key projects across the enterprise to broaden the scope of the tool and integrate it with other systems in the environment. The client uses Amelia within Epic for patient access, revenue cycle, and pharmacy, and aims to expand its footprint and integrate it with Workday and Asset Works.

Responsibilities include managing project planning, implementation, testing, budget tracking, and executive briefing.

• Experienced Project Manager who has led AI tool implementation projects (Virtual Voice Assistant)
• Experience with Amelia or a similar virtual voice assistant platform
• Experience leading project plans, managing budgets, tracking timelines, and providing executive briefings

Contract position based out of Charleston, SC.

• Pay range $85–$100 per hour
