** Role & Responsibilities :
** The Technical Product Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects within the IT department. They work closely with development, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and according to defined quality requirements. They work independently with general supervision#
** Tasks :
***** Project Management:
**** Plan and coordinate all project activities from the design phase to production deployment.
* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and required resources.
* Identify potential risks and issues, propose solutions, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
*** Technical Coordination:
**** Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and other departments (marketing, sales, etc.).
* Ensure system integration and interoperability by adhering to standards and best practices.
*** Communication:
**** Prepare and lead project status meetings with teams and stakeholders.
* Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
* Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders.
*** Quality and Compliance:
**** Ensure deliverables comply with defined functional and technical requirements.
* Implement and monitor validation and testing processes.
* Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
* Ensure, when necessary, that User Acceptance Tests (UAT) are properly executed.
* Provide support and assistance to users during the UAT phase.
*** Continuous Improvement:
**** Participate in post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement.
* Contribute to the evolution of project management methods and tools.
* Share best practices and lessons learned from projects with teams.
* Gather and analyze user feedback to improve deliverables and processes.#
** Skills :
*** Strong knowledge in project management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, etc.).
* Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
* Skills in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.#
** Profile :
*** Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
* French & English
