This is why we are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to make Paradox a category-defining global brand loved for its learning experiences. This is a full time position from our offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world.

YOUR MISSION 🚀:
As our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.” Each cycle you lead will integrate:
Protocols, Loops, Personalization, AI agents.
🎯 YOUR 4 MAIN MISSIONS:
1. Learning Experience Architecture - Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution. Design the journey, not just the content and lesson. Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain:
Each word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation, not just knowledge. Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem:
Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership.
2. Craft a premium, high-impact course experience:
Craft new courses with experts;
Co-create courses with top performers, translating their genius into cinematic, science-based learning…
