We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and mission-aligned Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with organizations ready to transform the way they engage and serve their communities.

What You’ll Do:- Prospect and build relationships with purpose-driven organizations across a variety of sectors to develop pipeline.
- Start genuine conversations focused on challenges, goals, and digital transformation needs.
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities through personalized outreach (email, phone, Linked In).
- Schedule discovery meetings for our consulting team with well-qualified prospects.
- Document activities and insights carefully in Hub Spot CRM.
- Share learnings with the broader team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, fundraising, nonprofit development, or customer-facing roles.
- Grit: you can handle rejection, get back up, and go again.
- Curiosity:
You love exploring new ways to connect with people and add value. - Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and especially active listening.
- Curiosity about marketing, sales, and digital transformation tools (especially Hub Spot).
- Passion for purpose-driven work — you care about impact, not just transactions.
- Comfort working independently in a flexible, remote, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hub Spot experience preferred but not required).
- Bonus:
Experience connecting with nonprofits, healthcare, sustainability, or conscious technology sectors is a plus.
- $40,000–$50,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses. (OTE $50,000 - $75,000)
