ROLE

As a Senior Consultant in the Workforce & Organization within the Enterprise Transformation team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland in Zurich, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering HR strategy and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with our clients by preparing, designing, and implementing business and IT strategies that impact organizational structures, ways of working, and corporate culture.

You Can Expect
  • Supporting implementation and managing business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations around digital HR;
  • Managing programs and projects in both national and international environments;
  • Conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies, as well as HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations;
  • Supporting and implementing organizational, process‑related, IT‑related and personnel change initiatives in the HR organization;
  • Managing and planning training measures to facilitate change adoption;
  • Efficiently linking processes between business, strategy and IT to ensure cohesive and effective transformation initiatives;
  • Engaging in impactful work within a leading global management consulting environment standing for integrity and global mindset, with flexibility across client sites, Capgemini offices, and remote work.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Master’s degree from a recognized university in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology;
  • At least 3 years of practical project experience in digital transformation in at least one of the following industries:
    Insurance, Consumer Goods and Retail, Manufacturing or Life Science;
  • Practical experience in project management (minimum partial) in the HR environments, with comprehensive knowledge of HR strategy, organization, processes;
  • Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work – i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT;
  • A structured reliable work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks with eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a commitment and self‑responsibility toward deadlines;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German are mandatory at C1 level minimum;
  • Very good MS Office skills.
