Bilingual Japanese Research Assistant

Prestigious International Financial Company seeks a Research Associate for their NY office.

• Assist sector analyst to improve its productivity by doing below;
• Gather information about US companies mainly by Investor Relations page of the company website.
• Update research materials such as financial models.
• Create graphs/tables by requests from sector analyst.
• Accuracy check of reports for retail/institutional investors.
• Prepare marketing presentation materials.
• Translation check from English to Japanese and vice versa.
• Send drafts to Tokyo office by mail.
• Help analyst claiming or remitting expenses regarding business trip.
• Administrative jobs of Research Dept. such as order stationary or process subscription payment.

• No licenses and educations are required.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Japanese reading, writing and speaking.
• Experiences to use Information vendors like Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Statista, and Haver Analytics are preferable.
• Needs to come to Manhattan office at least 3 days a week and may daily in the future.
• High speed and safe internet connection and PC suitable for business are indispensable to work from home.
• Fully vaccinated.

• Annual salary of $60,, plus bonus, and overtime payment.
