Remote Sr Strategic Insights Analyst, Field Operations
Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, is seeking a strategic insights analyst to support senior leadership within field operations. This remote position requires analytical expertise to develop predictive and prescriptive analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Location:
Remote (hybrid opportunity available in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX)
- Collaborate with field operations leadership and cross-functional partners (CX, Digital, Enterprise Analytics, IT) to execute on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify pain points, quantify sales behavior value, and accelerate sales capabilities.
- Deliver complex, voluminous data outputs in concise, actionable formats for end users.
- Partner with field operations business segments to define strategic priorities and create an innovative insights program.
- Provide forecasted potential and empirical evidence to support decision making.
- Manage a portfolio of actionable analytics, prioritize insight roadmaps, and consult with senior leadership.
- Own and advance insights initiatives autonomously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years of predictive & prescriptive analytics experience, including data processing, modeling, governance, and migration; 2+ years’ experience in Alteryx or similar automation tools.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Tableau visualization skills.
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power
BI, Micro Strategy, Domo, or similar).

Salary range: $60,500 – $85,000.
