Position Overview:

This is a Level 2 role, averaging 40-60 calls from 6 am - 6 pm, 300 calls a month. Working on the Service Desk Team to provide excellent IT support to employees. Will be expected to resources to answer calls within the expected amount of time, and to use resources at hand to solve the majority of issues.

• Some level of customer service
• Willing to train! Personality is huge (see below). Would want someone with some degree or IT related interest
• Experience with Service Now would be great

• Reliability is huge – can’t have history of absences or spotty contracts
• Friendly, communicative, and provide excellent customer service

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity.
• May install software or perform hardware testing remotely.
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
