What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and launch the post-sale operations function, defining success metrics and best practices
  • Own the selection and administration of post-sale tooling, ensuring integration with existing systems
  • Manage renewals and churn, developing workflows and reporting to enhance visibility and predictability
  • Define and maintain post-sale KPIs and dashboards for leadership and GTM teams
  • Act as the primary operations partner to Customer Success and Account Management leadership, providing support and training
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in building and scaling post-sale or customer success operations
  • Deep familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience administering GTM systems, particularly Salesforce and post-sale tooling
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and building dashboards
