Digital Governance Analyst/Financial Services

Location:
United States — Remote / Charlotte, NC
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Risk Management, or Strategic Planning
- 2+ years of experience in governance, issue management, or compliance oversight
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, control testing, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with third‑party risk management and vendor governance
- Familiarity with Data & AI governance and model documentation practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in Public Affairs, Corporate Risk, or highly regulated environments
- Experience with RCSA and risk and control work
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Share Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with Product Management operations models
- Manage third‑party oversight, including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with enterprise risk policies.
- Lead Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) activities across EBCE, controls, and audit functions.
- Oversee AABO/ABO processes for critical enterprise tools supporting Public Affairs.
- Maintain and update risk models, collaborating with model owners and governance teams.
- Prepare documentation for new AI enhancements, validating controls and compliance.
- Assist in governance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support monitoring activities for risk controls, including control testing, issue tracking, and remediation planning.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and offboarding during sunrise/sunset phases.
- Provide governance support for digital tools to meet enterprise risk and compliance standards.
- Lead meetings and working sessions for governance initiatives across the team.
- Partner with Technology teams to complete governance requirements for tools, models, and enhancements.
